About the Founder
Amánda Efthimiou is the founder of INTEGRA and an Inner Integrity mentor. She works with leaders, founders and creators who want how they live and lead to match what they value, especially now that AI is reshaping how we work. Her approach draws on neuroscience, ancestral science (traditional knowledge that research is now validating), and years of helping people make lasting sense of life-changing experiences.
She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London. She has directed strategic partnerships at Woven Science, co-directed El Puente Foundation, which supported Indigenous-led biocultural preservation projects in the Brazilian Amazon, and served as Chief AI Officer at a US law firm. She is a founding advisor to Safar and has worked with Headspace.
Amánda speaks at conferences and corporate events, including TEDx Berlin, Yale, YPO and The House of Beautiful Business, and teaches AI Leadership & Agency with Voices of Emergence.
Raised in New York with Brazilian and Greek roots, she speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and French, and is based in Lisbon.
