The founder

About Amánda

Amánda Efthimiou, founder of INTEGRA, is an Inner Integrity mentor, keynote speaker and facilitator who explores the nexus of consciousness, technology, and the future of wellbeing. With an MSc in Neuroscience, she bridges traditional knowledge systems with scientific insights. A dedicated student of nature, she previously directed a nonprofit supporting the preservation of bio-culture and Indigenous territories in the Amazon basin.

Her consulting clients include leading mental wellbeing and health companies, including Headspace and Woven Science. She is a founding advisor to Safar. Her speaking clients include TEDx Berlin, YPO, The House of Beautiful Business, Biohacker Summit, SYPartners, Sandbox, ADA, Acosta Institute and Yale University.
